"But Kim quickly added that the plan can push through easily if Pinoys loudly voice out their demand, using surveys, blogs, signature drives, and other platforms. "I think if there is a certain, a great number of audience, I think that should be a very convincing rationale that we really have to bring them here," Kim affirmed.

To the Embassy of South Korea in the Philippines:
We are the Filipino fans and we want to be heard.
For the past couple of years, we have supported various Korean artists and have even set up local fan clubs and organizations to bring the fans together and create our own community. We have assembled gatherings, bought original merchandises and even watched concerts all over Asia. Just recently, these fan clubs have joined forces to organize The 1st Philippine Kpop Convention in October, which is a fund-raising activity for the Gawad Kalinga.
2009 has been pivotal for the Kpop community, especially with the major groups getting noticed by the general public and the mainstream media. However, we feel that it's still not enough. That being said, we just want to ask of you one thing:
PLEASE BRING OUR FAVORITE KPOP ARTISTS HERE!
Sincerely,
Undersigned
