There’s no better way to cap the year than with a ceremony that makes us all look back at how 2011 was for our favorite Korean artists!
Towards the end of the final quarter, we are glued to our computers or TV screens for the biggest Korean television networks’ year-end specials or ceremonies such as the Gayo Daejeons for SBS, KBS and MBC, and the MNET Asian Music Awards. But as we all know, those awards shows only reflect the views of the Korean fans and foreign fan participation is limited to the “Overseas Viewers Choice” award, or the equivalent of such.
Here in the Philippines, for the third time in Philippine Kpop history, PKCI will be holding the Philippine Kpop Awards where Kpop fans from all over the Philippines decide who among the Korean artists were on top of their game and deserve recognition for 2011.
