Dear KPOP Fans,

As of 8pm yesterday, ALL TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT.

We thank everyone who supports our cause and went out to purchase a ticket. That we would have pre-sold 1,000 tickets was truly beyond our expectations. This fact drastically compromised our initial plans.

All those who have paid before the e-ticket selling cut-off and those who have scheduled meet-ups for today is already reserved. You WILL have your tickets. Kindly wait for your e-receipt in your email.

We have announced earlier that you may be able to buy tickets at the event itself but due to various circumstances (being there’s no more actual tickets left to sell on Saturday) this will not be so. When gates open at 10am, we will prioritize entrance those who have pre-sold tickets. We realize that some of those who have bought tickets might not show up or will not stay during the entire duration of the event. Therefore, to give a chance to others, at 1pm we will allow those without tickets to buy their entrance (via stamp). However, to avoid accidents, we will only allow a certain number of people inside at a time. We are telling everyone now that once the venue is at its max capacity, we will no longer allow entrance for safety reasons. Coming without a ticket will be at your own discretion.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused but as we have said, we did not expect this kind of turnabout. The initial plan was to pre-sell as much as we can and the tickets left would serve those who will buy at the event itself. Now some of you may think that its unfair since we have mentioned that tickets will still be available at the venue. However, it is also reasonable to prioritize those who went out of their way to buy a pre-sold ticket. As much as we would like to accommodate every one of you, we are tied by our circumstances.

When we started planning for this event, we were on a limited budget and limited…everything really. We are ecstatic and humbled by everyone’s enthusiasm and support for our debut event. We apologize for the misunderstandings we may have caused but we will strive to deliver you an event that is not only the first of its kind, but will be the standard in all future Konventions.
